Scottish song workshops

Would you like to learn traditional Gaelic and Scottish songs?

If so, Deep Roots Tall Trees invites you to join us for a series of exciting and enjoyable vocal workshops led by professional singers. These workshops will be of particular interest to those from a Scottish heritage and/or an interest in Gaelic songs. 

These first of these FREE sessions will be led by Scottish singer and musician, Mary Ann Kennedy - find out more about Mary Ann and her work HERE.

(Food and refreshments can be bought on site at The Grampian. You are welcome to bring your own food, drink, water etc.)

Some previous singing experience will be helpful.

 

Following these initial 6 workshops, sessions will then continue on Monday evenings at The Arc Theatre, Rockingham Primary School, leading to a celebratory performance on Saturday 30th June. (NB: Exact dates to be confirmed - these Monday sessions will cost £5 per person per session.)
