Spirit of Place with Matthew Oates - 26th February

What do woods do for us? What we can do for them? MATTHEW OATES explains!

Matthew has worked for the National Trust for many years and has been a valued contributor to many radio and TV programmes, including the One Show.

He is a wonderfully spirited, knowledgeable and passionate speaker about trees, woodlands and much more.

This event starts indoors, goes out for a walk in the Old King’s Wood and then returns back inside to capture in words a collective statement reflecting the ‘spirit of Corby’s woods’ over tea and home-made cake.

This walk and talk event is part of the National Trust's ‘Spirit of Place’ programme.
